There's No Place Like Home!

I was lucky to work close to home Thursday & Friday. It almost feels like a 4-day weekend for me! Unfortunately, I'm dreading Monday now. I think it's a combo of being married to Michael, having Bella, & the fact that I have been living out of my suitcase for 3 years now, well it makes the traveling aspect of my job more & more unappealing. I love billing, I love paperwork, I have an eye for detail & sometimes come accross as obsessive-compulsive where organization counts...I just wish I could do what I love to do...close to home. I just have to keep my eyes & ears open!
I kept myself entertained with some house cleaning, scrapbooking, & movie watching this weekend. Michael half watched half internet surf'd during my chick flick. "Bride Wars" was a great story about friendship, weddings, & downright animal instict! Haha---these woman were out for blood to have their dream wedding! I'll just recommend you watch it to see how it all turns out. But I must say to save a tissue for those of you who are a bit sentimental.

For some MANLY comic relief we opted for "Yes Man"...a typical Jim Carrey flick. To me it ran borderline to his previous movie, "Liar Liar," where he has to tell the truth the whole time. However, in "Yes Man" he goes from being an avoidant-pity party-jerk to being a risk-taking-life-liver! He says YES to every opportunity that comes knocking.
Not much else exciting this weekend. Bella got an overdue bath....I got beautiful claw marks that look like I had a run in with the vampire from Twilight. Waiting to hear from Jamie after she gets settled in Spokane, Washington. *Tear, sniffle sniffle* Got new table lamps for our bedroom nightstands. Nothing fancy, but they serve their purpose. There are a couple things scheduled this month on the calendar...but we'll just see how the days go. Sorry nothing more interesting to report! Goodnight, Ribbit Ribbit!
